   20% discount on all parts & labor charges related to repair work of your system (based on Flat Rate Book).
3. 5% OFF ALL HEATING INSTALLS
   Customers will receive a 5% discount on a replacement or new system installation (based on normal rates,
   replaces any loyalty discount.)
   
4. FUEL DISCOUNT
   Customers will receive 2 cents off of every gallon of fuel purchased during the life of this plan.
   

EXCLUSION FROM COVERAGE:

1. Filters, nozzles, strainers, clogged oil lines, and starting equipment due to oil run outs.
2. Service calls resulting from switches, in the off position, air cleaners, blown fuses, resetting circuit breakers,
main or emergency switches off, turning up thermostat, flooded heating systems, no water in boiler, clogged air
filters, no oil (unless on automatic delivery), humidifiers, loss of power, venting your radiators, draining your
expansion tank, or any other reason including acts of God and nature.
3. If you have misused your heating system, attempted repairs yourself, or hired an outside party to attempt
repairs.
4. If you request us to arrive at your residence after our normal business hours (8:00a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) to repair
noises, odors, or leaks when your furnace or boiler is still operational and providing heat.
5. All types of water damage.

SILVER PLAN        Only $299.99 plus tax per year
